1. Create an image of 200х200 pix size, background colour #FFFFFF. Then choose the colour of our logo #CDEB8B. Then click "Horizontal Type Tool", put anti-aliasing: smooth, and the size of print 175 pt. Using "Move Tool" center our logo.
To add effects choose Layer > Layer Style > Blending Options:
In the end we have to get the following image:
