Step 1. Creat a new image and apply the filter Filter/ Noise/ Add
Noise with the following data: amount = 450 ; gaussian ; monochromatic. The apply the filter again Filter /Blur /Motion Blur: angle = 90, distance = 999 pixels.
Step 2. Then press CTRL+M and set up the contas.
Step 3. Ok, now cut the deges and insert numbers. That's it. Our code bar is ready :)
