In this tutorial we will create a fluid text (like drops) on the leaf surface. So find similar image and write a text you wish. it is better to choose a text with rounded edges.

Now click over the text layer and apply Filter > Distort > Wave with type Sine. Then make some experiment with your text to get image as shown below.

Now we have to make our text really fluid. To get it please apply Blending options as shown below.

Then do Layer > Layer Style > Bevel and Emboss with parametres as shown on the image below:

Then choose Drop shado:

Now we should add some transparency for our text. Press CTRL and click over the text layer:

Click on the background (leaf) image and apply Filter > Distort > Spherize as shown below:

We have selected text so do Image > Adjust > Brightness Contrast and raise brightness and contrast. Now add Edit > Stroke. And enjoy your result :)
