Step 1. Open any photo and start to make it older. Choose Layer/ New Adjustment Layer/ Hue/Saturation. Set the following parametres: Hue 45 ; Saturation 25 ; Lightness 0.

Step 2.  Then we reduce contrast, but first we have to make a photo an active. Then do Layer/New Adjustment Layer/Levels.  In the middle field set 2, and in Output Levels set 15 and 190. Then Layer/New Adjustment Layer/Curves and curve the line as you wish.

Step 3. Then add noise Filter/Artistic/Film Grainc with the following parametres Grain 3 ; Highlight Area 0 ; Intensity 1. That's it now! Enjoy!
